APA Letter of Invitation

• The APA Office of International Affairs can send you a Letter of Invitation to the annual convention. You can submit this letter with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location and purpose of the APA Convention. We will personalize this letter if you send us your Name, Street address, Country of Citizenship, passport number, and passport issue and expiry dates. Convention Documentation

• If you have an accepted presentation at convention, you will receive a schedule card from the convention office that can be used as documentation of presentation at the meeting. You may also request a letter indicating your program has been accepted from the Division program chair to which you submitted your abstract.

• Registration Confirmation: Once you have registered for the meeting (available after March 2008), you can also bring your registration confirmation paperwork to your visa interview.
