Preparing for the APA Annual Convention

After you complete your visa application, it is time to prepare to travel to the APA convention. Transportation, hotel information and registration details will be posted on the convention website.

It is strongly recommended to complete your hotel reservations and register for convention through the APA online system before the deadlines in order to save money and be assured the proper accommodations.

• Travel Awards: In general, APA does not provide financial support for meeting participants. Airfare, ground transportation, hotel, meals, travel insurance, and any other local expenses are the responsibility of each meeting participant. However, limited assistance is available for international affiliate attendees, and for students in the form of travel grants.
