Sr. Lead Application Developer

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of five years of experience in structured programming, web applications, database operations, and markup languages
- Proven track record in completion of development projects, debugging and maintenance
- Minimum of two years as a team lead of group of three or more developers
- Track record of responsiveness to users and group leadership
- Excellent writing and listening skills
- Knowledge of structured computer programming languages. Program experience. Knowledge of the use of XML as a data interchange format, and knowledge of SQL query language and database schema design
Description:
- Develop structured application programs. Serve as a team lead on programming projects. Document the applications and enable other team members to be able to maintain them.
- Train and direct new consultant programmers in the structure of APA software systems and software development practices. Serve as a liaison with experienced consultant programmers.
- Assist and mentor beginning application developers.
- Design database schemes to support programming efforts.
- Work with usability experts and user feedback to provide efficient and effective GUIs for users.
