Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline, with Masters Degree highly desirable.
- Five years experience as a developer, designer, or tech lead.
- Experience in Object Oriented development, particularly Java/J2EE is required
- Cold Fusion and/or .NET experience is desirable
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively with people in other departments and/or externally
- Excellent management skills
Description:
- Manage a team of developers, providing them with mentoring guidance, methodology, and code review
- Provide detailed design work based on business solution and application architecture provided. Verify that new services have the right service contracts and meet those contracts
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and obtain information needed to design solutions to serve the business needs
- Participate in the work of designing the application architecture and managing the application portfolio
