Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline, with Masters Degree highly desirable.
  • Five years experience as a developer, designer, or tech lead.
  • Experience in Object Oriented development, particularly Java/J2EE is required
  • Cold Fusion and/or .NET experience is desirable
  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively with people in other departments and/or externally
  • Excellent management skills

Description:

  • Manage a team of developers, providing them with mentoring guidance, methodology, and code review
  • Provide detailed design work based on business solution and application architecture provided. Verify that new services have the right service contracts and meet those contracts
  • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and obtain information needed to design solutions to serve the business needs
  • Participate in the work of designing the application architecture and managing the application portfolio
