Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 4-5 Years Facilities Experience
- FMP or related facilities or property management certification preferred
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS Project,
and FMSystems
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Description:
- Oversees Helpline database and provides Sr. Mgr with updates on staff efficiency,
workload issues, and troubled areas. Liaise with building engineers and AS
Techs to ensure work is completed. Responsible for performing daily walkthroughs
(quality checks) of common areas
- Develops maintenance reports as necessary to track service volume and response
times. Prepares maintenance and contractor service reports upon request, and
coordinate work schedules and supervise onsite vendors
- Responsible for reviewing work order logs for follow-up
- Assists in gathering data and assembling RFP’s for contracted services Monitors
the quality and completion of contracted services and insures that vendors,
contractors working on behalf of the APA have completed satisfactorily repairs,
contracts for work and proposals
- Coordinates with Sr. AS Manager and Director on improving Customer Service
and follow up with APA staff. Propose ideas for new products or procedures
to assist Administrative Services in better serving staff needs.
- Manages Parking and all parking related issues
- All other duties as required or assigned by the Sr. Mgr. of Administration
