The Education Directorate of the American Psychological Association has an immediate opening for an Associate Director, Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation. The individual will take a leadership position within the Office on issues related to research and technology to create an infrastructure within the unit that utilizes information and provides information to programs in an integrated fashion. The position will also assist the Director in providing administrative support for the Commission on Accreditation in all activities related to the accreditation of doctoral, internship and postdoctoral programs in professional psychology.

Applicants should hold a Doctoral degree in psychology or in another area. Candidate will have at least 5-7 years experience in higher education administration or accreditation, with knowledge about quality assurance issues, and use of descriptive statistics and databases.
