International Journal of Stress Management is the official journal of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA).
The journal provides information on dealing with life's stresses in the workplace, in the home, or in personal relationships; developing and applying effective methods of coping with the complexities of stress management problems; and turning reflexive, nonproductive reaction to stressors into rational behavior.
The journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed, original research in the form of empirical, theoretical, historical, review articles and editorials.
