Applications accompanied by credit card payments may be faxed to APA at 202-336-5568.

Applications may be submitted at any time.

If your application is accepted between January 1 and August 31, your affiliation will be pre-dated to January 1 of the same year, and your journal subscriptions will be back-ordered to the first of the year. Your subscription to Monitor on Psychology will begin upon the date of acceptance and continue through the year, with no back issues sent.

If your application is accepted between September 1 and December 31, your affiliation will begin as of January 1 of the following year, and all subscriptions — including Monitor on Psychology — will begin with the first issues of that year.

Affiliation is on a calendar year from January through December, so you will receive an invoice each year when it is time to renew your subscriptions and affiliation.

Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card (in U.S. dollars drawn on a US bank) made payable to the American Psychological Association.
