To join PT@CC, please provide the information requested below. You may also order subscriptions to APA and EPF journals and APA electronic products by using the attached order forms.
Please note: This is not an online application. You may fill out the application, print, sign and date it, then mail it with payment as noted above. Applications accompanied by credit card payments may be faxed to 202-336-5568.
Application fee, journal subscriptions, and electronic product orders must be prepaid. APA does not accept purchase orders. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first publications. The $35 affiliate fee is required whether or not you order journals.
Once you have completed this form, please print, sign and date it, then return your completed application and journal order form, with payment (by check, money order, or credit card in US dollars drawn on a US bank, payable to the American Psychological Association). Mail to the American Psychological Association, Membership, 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242 USA. Applications accompanied by credit card payments may be faxed to 202-336-5568.
