Division spotlight Div. 14 announces blog and consortium Div. 14 (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology) launched a new blog during its 24th Annual Conference in April. The blog welcomes all issues dealing with the field of industrial-organizational psychology. Visit the SIOP Exchange at www.siopexchange.typepad.com. Also, plan now for this year's Leading Edge Consortium, Oct. 16–17, at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center in Denver. The topic of this year's consortium is "Leading Edge of Selection and Assessment in a Global Setting." The consortium offers two days of presentations on a topic relevant to industrial-organizational psychology. In addition to seeing presentations, attendees can network with leaders and colleagues in the field through lunches, coffee breaks and dinners.
