Three win 'Excellence in Teaching' awards

APA's Committee of Teachers of Psychology in Secondary Schools (TOPSS) honored three high school teachers with the prestigious TOPSS Excellence in Teaching Award:

•Michael McLane of Sterling Heights High School, Sterling Heights, Mich.

•Jacquelynn Norman of San Marcos High School, San Marcos, Texas.

•Susan Spencer of Arthur L. Johnson High School, Clark, N.J.

The award recognizes exemplary teaching and teacher commitment to academic and professional excellence. Each teacher received a framed certificate, an engraved award, a complimentary one-year TOPSS membership and a cash prize.
