The APA Monitor is mailed to all APA members. A base subscription rate of $6 per year is allotted from each member's dues. Nonmember individual subscription rate is $34; individual foreign rate is $50; and individual airmail rate is $86. Nonmember institutional subscription rate is $39; foreign institutional surface rate is $55; and institutional airmail rate is $91. Single copies are $3 each. Members of TOPSS can receive the APA Monitor at a bulk rate for high school classroom use at a rate of $11.25 for the September 1999 through May 2000 issues. For $15 extra, the Monitor will be mailed first-class to subscribers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. For $54 extra, airmail is available for foreign subscribers (other than Canada and Mexico). Periodical postage is paid at Washington, DC, and at additional mailing offices.
