APA to co-host conference on work, stress and health

APA is hosting its fourth interdisciplinary conference on work, stress and health in collaboration with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

'Work, stress and health ?99: organization of work in a global economy' will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, March 11?13, 1999, with continuing education workshops on March 10.

The conference will address the causes, effects and control of job stress and stress-related disorders, with primary attention to health and safety risks associated with the rapid changes occurring internationally in the organization of work.
