Free newsletter on People at Work

The organizational psychologists division of the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) has launched a biannual newsletter to promote the value of organizational psychology in management: People at Work is offered free to executives, managers and consultants to provide them an overview of issues organizational psychologists are studying.

'Every year, CSPP faculty and graduate students conduct substantive research into how people behave at work,' says Meryl Ginsberg, managing editor of the newsletter. 'They often yield useful findings with practical implications. People at Work offers that information to a wider audience?at no charge.'

The first issue, published in April, offered articles on addressing organizational challenges and defining when a work environment is sexually hostile. The second issue will be available in October. To receive the newsletter, call (415) 346-4500, ext. 209.
