Beginning in last month's Monitor, and continuing through the September issue, the five candidates for APA's 2004 president are answering two questions a month. APA will mail the ballots for the presidential election to members on Oct. 15. The election closes on Nov. 29. For biographical information on each candidate and the candidates' election statements, see the May Monitor. Questions: * What would you do to increase the representation and participation of minority members among APA governance structure? * How would you address issues affecting women, both within psychology and among consumers of health care?
