The nominations deadline for APA's 2007 Distinguished Contributions Awards has been extended to Aug. 1 in the following categories: Education, International Affairs and Practice. For more information and to view the call for nominations, see the above listed directorate Web sites.
Winners receive an honorarium of $1,000; the opportunity to present an invited address at APA's 2007 Annual Convention in San Francisco, August 16-19; a waiver of 2007 convention registration fees; and reimbursement of up to $1,000 in expenses related to attendance at the 2007 convention.
