APA has posted listings and enrollment information for the more than 60 CE sessions offered at its Annual Convention in Boston, Aug. 20-24. A workshop enrollment form is available for those wishing to register online.

Guided exploration (www.umr.edu/~explore/)

Featured here are tutorials on sensation and perception, funded by University of Missouri-Rolla College of Arts and Sciences, and neuroscience, funded by APA's Div. 2 (Society for the Teaching of Psychology). Each tutorial is a series of interactive maps explaining the psychophysiology of vision, audition, somatosensation, memory and other such concepts. Also available on the site is the Virtual Statistician, a software program to help students learn and apply statistical formulas.

School psychology resources (www.schoolpsychology.net)

This site, run by a psychologist in the Office of Psychological Services, Baltimore County Public Schools, provides psychologists, educators and parents with information and news articles on topics ranging from learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder to autism and eating disorders. The site provides descriptions of and links to graduate programs in school psychology, psychological testing instruments and abstracts of research articles. It also lists school psychology-related events.

The Job Stress Network (www.workhealth.org)

Visitors to this site, run by the Center for Social Epidemiology, a nonprofit foundation, will find the latest information and research on job strain and preventing work stress and injury. The site includes summaries of the center's research projects, upcoming conferences and sources for research funding.

Resources for college counselors (www.tarleton.edu/~counseling/coresour/cores.htm)

This Tarleton University site provides psychologists working in university counseling centers resources that include "At The Office," a collection of outcome measures, intake forms and policy and procedures manuals for administrators. The site also offers "PICC," a listing of counseling-related jobs.

Online Dictionary of Mental Health (www.humannature.com/odmh/index.html)

This resource from human-nature.com in London is a comprehensive, alphabetized listing of terms, historical movements, prominent figures, professional organizations and illnesses in the area of mental health.
