APA and American Psychological Association of Graduate Students members planning to attend a psychology conference abroad can look to the 2006 APA International Travel Grants offered by APA's Office of International Affairs. The grant covers up to $400 of conference registration fees to attend a psychology conference outside the United States. The international office gives preference to applicants who have a presentation accepted on the conference program and applicants who have not attended an international conference in the past two years.
Travelers should apply for a travel grant at least three months prior to the conference they want to attend.
