APA Past-president Norine G. Johnson, PhD, gave a presidential citation in memory and honor of Norma L. Steuerle, PhD, describing her as a dedicated and gifted psychologist whose work with individuals and families represented the best that psychology has to offer. Steuerle was killed on Sept. 11 when her flight crashed into the Pentagon.
