APA Annual Convention
  Symposia consider ethical challenges

APA's Ethics Committee will offer two sessions at convention. They are:

* "Top 15 questions posed to the Ethics Office," hosted by committee chair Linda F. Campbell, PhD, of the University of Georgia, on Friday, July 30, at 10 a.m.

* "Double duties: when ethics and law collide," hosted by Campbell and APA Committee on Legal Issues Chair Robert Kinscherff, PhD, JD, of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court, on Friday, July 30, at 8 a.m.

The committee also will join the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students in awarding the 2004 Graduate Student Ethics Prize on Sunday, Aug. 1, at noon. The winning student will receive airfare to and accommodations at the convention, be awarded $1,000 and will lead a discussion of the paper's topic.
