For his presidential program, APA President Ronald F. Levant, EdD, has invited speakers from diverse specialty areas whose research and ideas are having an impact on the field of psychology. Most presidential programming sessions will be available for continuing-education credit, and all sessions will take place in the Washington, D.C., Convention Center. The sessions are scheduled for Friday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m. or Saturday, Aug. 20, at 2 p.m. Look for more information on the sessions in the June Monitor and in the convention program. The first three sessions listed directly relate to Levant's presidential initiatives.
