The article "Washington state eliminates postdoc requirement" (September Monitor) should have noted that the new licensing law became law on June 10 but that revised regulations reflecting the new law won't officially take effect until the Washington State Examining Board of Psychology formulates them.

The September Monitor article "Psychologist claims academic placement perpetuates racial segregation" should have stated that the desegregation of schools in Shaker Heights, Ohio, was in voluntary compliance with Brown v. Board of Education, and not forced.

CEO Norman B. Anderson's July/August Monitor column on page 8, "Adding psychological expertise to the reporting of current events," contained an incorrect link. The correct link to the Public Affairs Web site on Iraqi prisoner abuse is www.apa.org/pubinfo/prisonerabuse.html.

The authors of a letter to the editor ("Evolutionary theory of anorexia," July/August letters) incorrectly cited the authors of the text "Solving the Anorexia Puzzle: A Scientific Approach." The sole authors are W.D. Pierce and W.F. Epling.

Corann Okorodudu, EdD, APA's main representative to the United Nations, is the correct author of the photo caption on page 27 of the October Monitor.

On page 4 of the September Monitor and page 50 of the June Monitor, the MMSE was incorrectly defined. The test should have been identified as the Mini-Mental State Examination.
