Undergraduate students looking for research experiences have several opportunities to choose from through APA programs. For example, APA's Advanced Statistical Training in Psychology (ASTP) teaches students how to analyze and interpret data in psychological research. Furthermore, APA's annual Summer Science Institute (SSI), which is organized by APA's Science Directorate, includes lectures and lab experience reflecting psychological science.
