The Association for the Advancement of Psychology (AAP) honored Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) at its Century Club reception in New Orleans during APA’s Annual Convention in August. AAP holds the annual event to recognize psychology’s supporters and advocates. Landrieu spoke on the need for community psychological intervention in post-Katrina New Orleans.
