The September Monitor's list of psychology's past National Medal of Science winners omitted two previous winners: B.F. Skinner, who won in 1968, and Harry Harlow, who won in 1967. Both psychologists won categorized as "biological scientists" by the National Science Foundation because psychologists were not eligible to win the National Medal of Science until 1980.
