The Turrell Fund, a foundation to benefit children, has contributed $20,000 to APF's Mamie P. and Kenneth B. Clark Fund, which focuses on disadvantaged people and their families. The Turrell Fund is dedicated to supporting organizations that help youth, with special emphasis on needy children.

Psychologist E. Belvin Williams, PhD, former member of APF's Board of Trustees and former executive director of the Turrell Fund, is coordinating a $1 million fundraising initiative to launch the fund. Since 2003, the Turrell Fund has donated more than $170,000 to APF.

To make a donation, visit www.apa.org/apf, call (202) 336-5622 or send your contribution to APF at the APA address.
