  Debra Dunivin, PhD, promoted to Lieutenant Colonel

Debra Dunivin, PhD, was promoted in July from the rank of Major to Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army. The ceremony took place in the office of Sen. Daniel K. Inouye (D-Hawaii), where Dunivin worked as a Congressional Science Fellow from 1992 to 1994, prior to entering the Army when she was recruited to participate in the Psychopharmacology Demonstration Project. Dunivin is currently serving as deputy director of the department of psychology and director of training for the Clinical Psychology Residency Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Other duties include a clinical practice in psychopharmacology and consultation to Walter Reed's Clinical Breast Care Project, conducting research in psycho-oncology and telehealth.
