Continuing professional education (CPE) workshop forms for the 2002 Annual Convention are available now. APA invites proposals from psychologists in academics, research and practice to meet the needs of our diverse audience. Topics particularly underrepresented last year include industrial/ organizational psychology, addictions, adult development and aging, neuropsychology and couples/marital/family issues. The deadline for submissions is Nov. 1. To obtain a CPE Workshop proposal form, contact APA's Education Directorate at (800) 374-2721, ext. 5991, or copy the form from APA's Web site at www.apa.org/ce/. To receive the proposal in Word format via e-mail; send your request to CPE. APA's 2002 Convention will be held in Chicago, Aug. 23-27.
