  APA PRESIDENTAL ELECTION
Candidates express their views
Print version: page 80

The five candidates for APA's 2006 president are answering two questions in each issue of the June through September issues of the Monitor to give APA members more information about their candidacies. The psychologist elected will serve as 2005 president-elect, 2006 president and 2007 past-president.

APA will mail the ballots to members on Oct. 15, and the election will close on Nov. 29. For biographical information on each candidate and the candidates' election statements, see the May Monitor.

Questions:

* What is your understanding of the current role of APA in international psychology? What is your evaluation of that role?

* How do we best ensure the long-range financial health of the association?
