Candidates for APA President
Beginning in June and continuing through this issue, the five candidates for APA's 2008 president are answering two questions in each issue of the Monitor. APA will mail the ballots to members on Oct. 13, and the election will close on Nov. 27. For biographical information on each candidate and the candidates' election statements, see the May Monitor.
How would you continue and enhance the work of your predecessors relative to multiculturalism/diversity related to education, practice, research, public policy and training?
As the largest psychological organization in the world, APA should take the lead in making psychology an influential presence. How would you go about realizing this goal?
