The July/August Monitor incorrectly referred to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, by its former name, the Veterans Administration.

The July/August Monitor also listed both the current and past ranks of Dana Born, PhD. She is currently an Air Force Brigadier General.

The June Monitor omitted Susan Clayton, PhD, president-elect for Div. 34 (Population and Environmental Psychology). Clayton was co-author of the letter regarding conservation psychology, and she conducted the survey of division presidents.
