APA's Council of Representatives Meeting - Day 2

Council meets on Wednesday prior to Convention, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. A plenary session and caucus meetings are held on the immediately previous Tuesday, beginning at 5 p.m.

Council meetings, with the exception of executive sessions, are recorded for archival purposes.
