All in the Familia: The Shared Impact of Immigration and Acculturative Stress

In honor of Latina/o Heritage Month, the Office of Ethnic Minority Affairs (OEMA) will sponsor a free community workshop through its Ethnicity and Health in America Series (EHAS) to raise public awareness concerning the chronic condition of stress among Latina/o populations.
The workshop entitled "All in the Familia: The Shared Impact of Immigration and Acculturative Stress" will be hosted in partnership with the D.C.'s Mayor's Office on Latino Affairs and faculty members from nearby institutions.
