New Directions in Forensic and Clinical Assessment

Featuring a nationally recognized faculty, this Division 42 conference will be collegial in nature and designed to promote dialogue between mental health and legal professionals. Emphasizing professional ethics and standards of practice, the conference brings together leading national experts in the field to focus on: up-dated assessment procedures used by psychologists to evaluate individuals for the court or treatment purposes; techniques for challenging expert testimony on assessment methodology and presentation of syndrome evidence; and legal, ethical and liability considerations for psychologists in a variety of psycho-legal settings.
