Society for Psychotherapy Research 45th Annual International Meeting
June 25-28, 2014
The theme for the 45th Annual International Society for Psychotherapy Research meeting is "Facilitating change: Learning from the past, looking to the future." The program committee invites proposals that explore how change is facilitated in psychotherapy from multiple perspectives including clients, therapists and researchers. SPR 2014 aims to stimulate discussion that draws on the history of research and scholarship in psychotherapy, builds on current theoretical issues and problems facing the field, and points to future directions for research and practice.
Presentations, panels, discussions and posters from psychotherapy researchers and clinicians of diverse theoretical orientations, methodologies and cultures are encouraged. In addition to the conference theme, the program committee welcomes submissions on all areas of psychotherapy research, practice and training.
