APA presents at Congressional Black Caucus Veterans Braintrust forum

On September 17, 2010, Ernestine Briggs-King, PhD, from Duke University and the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) represented APA at the annual Congressional Black Caucus Veterans Braintrust forum

Dr. Briggs-King discussed the work that she and her NCTSN colleagues are doing to promote mental health, resilience, and well-being among military families at military installations around the country.  Representatives Charles Rangel (D-NY), Corrine Brown (D-FL), and Sanford Bishop (D-GA) hosted this important session.  Dr. Briggs-King was joined on the panel by:
