CONA conversation hour: The Changing Faces of Aging

A discussion about increasingly diverse populations and the effects on health-care provision and work life

The United States and many other nations are seeing remarkable changes in the composition of their populations, with dynamic implications across issues of gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, disability status and urbanization. All of these changes affect how individuals age in our society.

Please join the Committee on Aging (CONA) on Saturday, Aug. 4, 5-6 p.m. (Peabody Orlando Hotel, Celebration Room 3) for a conversation hour to explore the implications of the Changing Faces of Aging for provision of health care and for work life. Help CONA identify new directions for its theme of multicultural competency.
