Developed jointly by the APA Commission on Ethnic Minority Recruitment, Retention and Training in Psychology, and the APA Committee on Women in Psychology. 1998.     This booklet, prepared by the APA Commission on Ethnic Minority Recruitment, Retention and Training in Psychology (CEMRRAT), discusses various issues related to the promotion of cultural diversity among faculty and departments of psychology. The first five copies are free.
