E. Use Procedures To Disqualify Impartial People
Immediately notify the proper officials in writing of any committee member whose behavior at any stage of your academic career leads you to suspect that he or she may be biased or prejudiced in evaluating you or your work. Document each and every instance of suspected bias and present this documentation to support your claim. Your perceptions may be based on personal experience, that of others, or written materials.
