Spring 2008 (Volume 2, No. 2) The Office of Ethnic Minority Affairs staffed the January 2008 meeting of the Council of National Psychological Associations for the Advancement of Ethnic Minority Interests in Phoenix, AZ. Major issues addressed included APA bylaws amendment to create a C/R seat for each national ethnic minority psychological association.
