2009 Presidential Task Force on Psychology’s Contribution to End Homelessness Update!

In 2009, APA President James Bray established the Task Force on Psychology’s Contribution to Ending Homelessness. In addition to the production of a Task Force report and participating in variety of advocacy efforts, the Task Force has written a survey with the goal of collecting data on the current activities and views of psychologists in relation to the problem of homelessness.

A random sample of APA members will soon be receiving an email request to complete the survey. If you are one of the individuals who is asked to participate, the Task Force would appreciate if you would please do so. The findings of this survey will be documented in the Task Force report, and will have important implications for the recommendations of the group.
