Goals of the Meeting
- Learn what has worked to create positions for psychologists and psychology trainees in Community Health Centers, particularly through working with state primary care associations.
- Assist California in its primary care initiative.
- Create an action plan to translate the lessons learned across the country into success in other regions.
- Build the foundation for a partnership among state psychological associations, state primary care associations, the American Psychological Association, federal agencies, and other relevant psychology partners to further this initiative.
