(Key States Noted) Phase I in the development of the Federal Education Advocacy Coordinators (FEDAC) Network begins with the recruitment of 10 Regional FEDACs. The FEDACs will assist APA Education Advocacy Staff in identifying psychologists in states within their regions that have key Members of Congress serving on Senate or House Appropriations Subcommittees and/or Senate HELP or House Subcommittee on Health.
