Research conducted all over the world in the laboratory, school, and workplace by psychologists and professionals from other disciplines shows that intergroup cooperation is one proven way to reduce prejudice without denying the importance uniqeness appears to be a more equitable way to achieve social justice than attempting to adopt a color-blind stance.
