2008 Annual APA Data Fees for Institutional Site Licenses
APA’s data fees are listed below (in U.S. dollars). Additional fees may apply depending on vendor or platform selected. Group/consortium discounts are available (see chart below). Please consult your APA Account Manager or vendor representative for final pricing. Higher Education Institutions—Baccalaureate Level or Above
Includes colleges, universities, etc., that award degrees at the Bachelor’s (or equivalent) level or higher. Higher Education Institutions—Less Than Baccalaureate Level
Includes community colleges, technical schools, specialized training schools, and other postsecondary institutions that award degrees, certificates, etc., below the Bachelor’s level only. Primary & Secondary SchoolsData fee structure :

Corporations
Incorporated, for-profit organizations. Examples: pharmaceuticals companies, consumer product manufacturers or retailers, etc. Includes incorporated, for-profit health care organizations that do not meet the criterion for hospitals (i.e., that do not provide inpatient care services). “Potential users” constitutes the number of users in an organization that are likely to need information from a psychology database. Examples include clinical, research & development, marketing, public relations, and human resources staff. Government Organizations
Includes national, state, or local government agencies, national libraries, correctional institutions, etc. “Potential users” comprises the number of users in an organization that are likely to need information from a psychology database.
