Overview

Within the discipline of psychology, education and training beyond the doctoral degree has undergone significant change over the past 50 years. During this time, the field has expanded both within subdisciplinary linkages. The APA National Conference on Postdoctoral Education and Training in Psychology was held to address these changes and their implications for the future.

Some of the best minds in psychology are represented in this body of work. These conference proceedings, which include chapters from the small group deliberations, can be turned to again and again because of the variety of ideas presented in them.
