Higher Education Institutions - Baccalaureate Level or Above
These fees are for colleges, universities, etc., that award degrees at the Bachelor's (or equivalent) level or higher.
The APA data fee for higher education institutions is based on the number of Full-time Equivalents (FTEs).

Examples include staff in clinical, research & development, marketing, public relations, and human resources settings. APA reserves the right to decide what subset of an organization's total staff population will be considered relevant in determining pricing levels.

Includes national, state, or local government agencies, national libraries, correctional institutions, etc.
