Webinar Training for Trial Users and New Product Subscribers

Twice a month, staff from PsycINFO Customer Relations set aside an hour to provide an overview of the APA PsycNET^® platform for institutions trialing one or more APA products. We provide search training for any database or product you have as well as assistance with any set-up issues in the Admin Center you may encounter.

Sessions are currently set for every other Monday at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. You can choose your time zone on the event registration page.

You will be able to ask questions about your situation — and need not remain for the entire hour.

We'd also be happy to arrange a brief training, if you or your faculty, staff, or students would like a guided tour of the database.

All current training staff is English speaking, if you have a non-English-speaking audience, please let us know. We may be able to find an alternative.
