Emerging Issues in Leadership Development Consultation

This special issue on leadership development contains six articles that bring cutting edge science and practice in leadership to consulting psychologists working in organizations. The purpose is to focus on leadership development from diverse perspectives. The articles are authored by a range of academic researchers and psychological practitioners with the aims of being both practical and educational to consulting psychologists, while avoiding a prescriptive or "cookie-cutter" approaches.
