APA sponsors Collaborative Family Health Care Association conference

The conference, Oct. 4-6, 2012, in Austin, Texas, will focus on the future of integrated health care.

The 14th annual, three-day conference titled "The Future of Integrated Healthcare: Activating Clinicians, Consumers, Researchers, and Policy Makers" will include multiple plenary and education sessions, award ceremonies, receptions and other activities. The Collaborative Family Health Care Association expects more than 500 practitioners, researchers, students and academicians, as well as representatives from corporations, governmental agencies, foundations and others to attend the conference.

Early bird registration opens later this month and is $450 for CFHA members, $550 for nonmembers, with one-day registration options also available. Student members and new professionals can also apply for registration at reduced rates.
